The Patients Voice would like to invite you to take part in an interview about Peyronie’s Disease.
The interview will be conducted over the telephone so you can participate from your own home
It will take about an hour of your time.
If you complete the survey we will reward you with £100 to thank you for your time and effort.
To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:-
• Have been diagnosed with Peyronie’s Disease
• Male and over the age of 40 years
• Live in the United Kingdom
