The Patients Voice would like to invite you to take part in a survey about Hemophilia A.
The survey is Online, so you can participate even from your own home.
It will take 20 to 30 minutes of your time.
If you complete the survey we will reward you with $20 to thank you for your time and effort.
To qualify you will need to fit into at least one of the two groups:-
• Have been diagnosed with severe Hemophilia A
OR
• Be the caregiver of a child with severe Hemophilia A. The child must be under eighteen years old.
